Chinese Garlic Oil is steam‑distilled or supercritical CO₂‑extracted from the fresh bulbs of Allium sativum L.(garlic), mainly grown in Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan—China’s major garlic belts. It is a pale yellow to orange‑red clear oily liquid with an intense, pungent, characteristic garlic aroma.

Key active constituents are organosulfur compoundsallicin, diallyl disulfide (DADS), diallyl trisulfide (DATS), ajoene. It acts as a broad‑spectrum antimicrobial, anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, cardiovascular protector, and immune booster. Complies with GB 2760 (food flavoring) and FEMA 2503 standards.
